Both albums represent a new direction for the group, taking in drum machine work-outs, fuzzed-out passages, jangly rock epics, Neutral Milk Hotel lofi electric folk, and even a Flight of the Conchords track each. The albums are a uniquely matched pair: they were recently recorded back to back this April and July, are presented in the order they were recorded in (12 songs each, 40 seconds different in running time), and have a deep parallel structure in their song flow. We don't really know how it happened. They are a bit odd (um, even for us), but they're also a lot of fun and feature the best darkwave song in a long time.
There's also a bonus white label single - 'Euro Disco Blaze' - featuring 2 extended club jams ready to end your late summer dance party with a bang!
